8 Hours of work per day 7am till 3:30pm , Monday to Friday , every 5 weeks there will be a requirement to work 2 weeks of afternoon shift 3pm to 11:30pm

Note: This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
Duties: Under general supervision of the Manager of Maintenance Services and Utilities, the incumbent performs semi-skilled maintenance related tasks.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary 1-year certificate in General Studies with a shop major preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ general maintenance experience in a commercial/institutional setting
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
