Perform all tasks related to the management and operations of the Syracuse Facilities.

Perform a variety of financial tasks in support of the Facilities Organization such as: material orders, purchase requisitions, p-card orders, non-PO check requests, etc. Reconciliation of all orders/invoices, as well as reconciliation of all credit card purchases.

Maintain records and data on all Facilities owned vehicles, to include titles, insurance, Ez pass, fuel cards and coordination of all scheduled maintenance.

Provide support for LM Visit and Contractors Advantage data entry and follow up with vendors.

Provide Space Planning support as needed within our LM Buildings Space Management tool, such as seating audits and reconciliations.

Coordinate and administer Maintenance supply orders and track/maintain inventories in the Maintenance stock room. This position will have primary responsibility over the Maintenance Stockroom.

Work to develop min/max inventories of critical supplies/materials/spares.

Coordinate with outside support services vendors as needed (Janitorial, Cafeteria, Pest Control, Dish Network, Propane, etc.).

Coordinate and schedule elevator preventative maintenance activities with outside vendor and maintain required records/certificates.

Coordinate and manage document control.

Coordinate the Grainger Safety Shoe Truck twice per year for the entire Syracuse site.

This position will report to the Maintenance Manager for the Syracuse, NY site.
Basic Qualifications:
Financial background required.

Material ordering experience required.

Maintenance experience/ knowledge of maintenance equipment and parts required.

Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with Pay to Procure (P2P) software.

Experience with multiple maintenance disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Millwright, etc.) and their associated tools/parts/materials/equipment/etc.
