Summary of Major Functions:
Primarily responsible for the family focus of PHP/TIOP patients as part of interdisciplinary team. Provides family therapy, group therapy, and treatment planning, and documents all treatment processes.
Job Type: Part-Time or PRN, Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Pay: $26.44 - $40.00 per hour

Summarized Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Creates an individualized treatment plan with appropriate PHP goals and objectives (completed within 72 hours) and continually monitors progress and re-evaluates appropriateness of goals.
2. Demonstrates knowledge of family systems theory and implements it in family sessions and in conceptual formulations with team.
3. Demonstrates knowledge and skill in working with couples and/or adolescents.
4. Serves as a liaison between patient families and the EDCare treatment team.
5. Ensures that patients are seen for family therapy as clinically indicated (once weekly for PHP and as indicated for TIOP/EIOP).
6. Facilitates groups with expertise, demonstrating ability to engage, set limits and monitor the group process.
7. Designs, coordinates, implements multi-family program resulting in increased support and awareness by families.
8. Creative in therapeutic interventions to include homework assignments, community resources, etc.
9. Demonstrates leadership in assuring continuity and quality of partial program, including curriculum development and group implementation.
10. Participates in weekly staffing, conveying pertinent clinical information and formulating goals for the following week.
11. Ongoing attention to discharge plan evidenced by development of aftercare plan and patient's knowledge of available resources.
12. Provides clinical supervision to select clinical employees as assigned by the Program Director.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in behavioral health field required; PhD or PsyD preferred.
2. License eligible as a LCSW, LPCC, LMFT required.
3. Clinical conceptualization of the treatment of eating disorders and dual diagnoses required.
4. Experience working individually and in groups with adolescent eating disordered patients required.
Computer Skills:
1. Must be able to effectively maneuver within an office scheduling system.
2. Minimum of beginner skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Intermediate skills are required with Microsoft Outlook.
3. Must be able to efficiently learn and effectively work within an electronic medical records system.

- Sitting frequently, standing occasionally, walking occasionally, talking frequently, hearing frequently, seeing constantly, reaching with arms and hands occasionally, crouching occasionally and using fingers intricately. This position requires lifting/carrying up to 10 pounds occasionally.
Environmental conditions of this job include but are NOT limited to:
- 95% inside, 99% normal temperature and 99% normal noise as expected in a medical office environment.
