RUNGOLEE
Position: Fashion Retail Sales Associate

Rungolee is seeking a part-time Fashion Retail Sales Associate to join our fast-growing team and help support our new brick and mortar storefront. In this position, they will play a key role in working closely with customers, embrace our brand, and enhance the Rungolee presence in our community.

Job Description

• First point of contact for customers once they enter the store
• Run point of sale and transactions for all in store purchases
• Deliver amazing service and build sales by styling and wardrobing each customer based on their needs
• Customer focused while developing relationships and customer loyalty as well as able to work with multiple customers at one time
• Ensure inventory is replenished often as well as merchandising the front of the store

(i.e. change mannequins frequently, place items in correct spot on racks, clean dressing room, assemble bags, etc.)

Qualifications

• Must have professional retail experience and background
• College degree required
• Fantastic organization skills and communicate effectively and confidently
• Process information and operate store systems accurately
• Are available for occasional events during evening hours, holidays, or the weekends

Rungolee is a small batch, global chic brand of women’s clothing. We design not only our silhouettes but also our designs in house and they are made at our own factory in owner + designer, Anjali’s, hometown of Mumbai, India. Each piece is handcrafted and made to bring joy to our customers.
