The opportunity

The Finance Supervising Associate is responsible for preparing financial reports, reviewing financial results, performing cost analysis, and assisting in the budget and forecast process.

Your key responsibilities

• Generate standard financial reports on a recurring and ad hoc basis
• Handle complex ad hoc reports from Leadership on a timely manner
• Analyze financial performance against benchmarks, reconcile variances and present findings to Leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes
• Collaborate with other departments including Markets Finance, Controlling, and Executive Management
• Support the Month and Year End processes
• Act as a key finance support resource

Skills and attributes for success

• Possess statistical or data driven problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work flexibly, and deliver quality products in a deadline-oriented environment
• Possess strong written and verbal communication
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Understand financial reporting goals and basic process flow

To qualify for the role you must have

• Undergraduate degree
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts

Ideally you will also have:

• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
