The opportunity
The Finance Supervising Associate is responsible for preparing financial reports, reviewing financial results, performing cost analysis, and assisting in the budget and forecast process.
Your key responsibilities
- Generate standard financial reports on a recurring and ad hoc basis
- Handle complex ad hoc reports from Leadership on a timely manner
- Analyze financial performance against benchmarks, reconcile variances and present findings to Leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes
- Collaborate with other departments including Markets Finance, Controlling, and Executive Management
- Support the Month and Year End processes
- Act as a key finance support resource
Skills and attributes for success
- Possess statistical or data driven problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work flexibly, and deliver quality products in a deadline-oriented environment
- Possess strong written and verbal communication
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Understand financial reporting goals and basic process flow
To qualify for the role you must have
- Undergraduate degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of basic accounting concepts
Ideally you will also have:
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
