We are seeking friendly and helpful Front Desk Agents to support our team. Our Front Desk Agents act as the first point of contact for our patients and are often the first person patients come into contact with when arriving at our practice. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor and enjoy being a part of an energetic, close-knit team that offers its employees a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Compile guest information and pass it on to the hotel staff.
- Answer questions from hotel guests.
- Register hotel guests to their rooms.
- Answer telephone calls and forward them to the appropriate departments or employees.
- Be a professional and friendly employee.
- Handle telephone complaints and requests for information.
- Handle situations politely.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
