SCHEDULE IS PART TIME MON, WED AND FRI 9:30AM-6:30PM

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working in physical and rehabilitation medicine, be highly organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, and other administrative duties as required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
• Collect patient information and update patient files.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises as needed.
• Provide general information about the clinic and its services.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
