FULL TIME SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

Under this position you would be working with a tight knit office team to properly coordinate and schedule employees for multiple events in and around the Atlanta area, as well as in neighboring states.

RHINO STAGING

Rhino Staging is a full service production company, with a main focus on staffing labor for concerts, corporate events, festivals and many other live events. We provide staffing for Atlanta Jazz Festival, One Music Festival, ATLive. We regularly work in the Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Cobb Energy Center, Truist Park, and the Eastern. We work with such artists Taylor Swift, Kenny Chesney, Lady Gaga, and the Foo Fighters. For nearly three decades we have nurtured growth in the entertainment industry across the country, with branches in most major cities. Established in 1991, we put an emphasis on hiring quality employees as well as offering job training and putting safety as a number 1 priority. As we continue to grow, we have more and more need for hard working, dedicated staff who have career growth opportunities in mind.

Starting pay $19/hr DOE.

Typical Job Tasks

• Schedule employees for multiple event sites, shifts and travel jobs
• Data entry such as uploading timesheets, receipts, and client/employee information.
• Interact daily with employees and clients to process requests, scheduling changes and general inquiries

Preferred Experience

• Past administrative assistant experience
• Experience in sales or a call center environment
• Experience with Google docs, spreadsheets, email and excel
• Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software
• Ability to work remotely some nights and weekends

WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, hourly, Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM, in-office
