Job summary:

The General Manager position is used to ensure that the store runs smoothly and is up to standard. You will run the team to maintain a good environment for the employees and as well as the guests. The General Manager is the first point of contact for the Team Members of their store for any form of issues.

General Manager benefits:

PTO:

We offer our General Managers the ability to accrue PTO hours. Employees will accrue 40 hours of PTO per year. PTO will start accruing on the first day of employment and will be available to use once employees’ introductory period of 60 days is met.

Job responsibilities:

• Make sure the store is staffed at all times (Store opens on time / Store closes on time) - If a Team Member calls out for a shift and coverage is unable to be found you are responsible to cover the shift to ensure the store stays staffed.
• Ensure that inventory is counted and accurate each week. Understand COGs variance and how to control it - keep variance percentage between 0%-2%
• Review the store environment - identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and communicate these to the Area Manager.
• Communicate and inform the Area Manager of any problems or concerns.
• Ensure that the store has the proper levels of product at all times.Place weekly truck orders.

Outsource product if it is needed

• Post the schedule for the following week no later than Wednesdays.Control and maintain a proper labor percentage.

Required qualifications:

• Servsafe certified.If not certified you are required to get certified which will be provided
