Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Research, prospect, prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals with funding sources.
• Help to initiate/facilitate meetings between leadership and funding sources to cultivate relationships.
• Write and submit grants for new funds and to re-apply to current foundations.
• Develop and submit grant reporting as required by funders.
• Maintain grant records, including contact information, due dates, and reporting requirements.
• Write donor ask letters and proposals.
• Enter data into our Raiser’s Edge database to track potential grants/donors, applications, and reports.
• Help create process documents across the organization.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in grants management field.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
