Leadership Pathway is excited to partner with Greenford Christian Church in Greenford, Ohio. This church of 2,000 has campuses in Austintown and Greenford. They are looking for a worship/music resident and will provide young leaders with opportunities to be stretched, challenged, grown, and coached in ministry. Greenford Christian and Leadership Pathway will provide world-class leadership development and coaching as you take your first steps in ministry.
If you are really serious about leading in a church that is advancing we'd love to talk to you. We aren't a gap year program, or for those who aren't quite sure what they want to do with their lives. We are looking for someone who:

All Leadership Pathway residents are paid a small stipend and provided housing.
