What we're looking for:
We are seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team at The Fairway Lakes Apartments, a 340-unit apartment community located in Westerville, Ohio. As a Groundskeeper at Ackermann Group, you will be responsible for:
- The overall upkeep of the apartment community landscape and exterior image in accordance with the Company standards
- Removal of litter and debris, maintaining the landscape, sweeping, and shoveling public spaces including driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, curbs, and dumpster areas
- Full-time work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm and flexible as needed
The ideal Groundskeeper will have:
- Basic knowledge or experience in lawn, tree, and shrub care
- Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record along with auto insurance preferred
