Panco Management is looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. Our Groundskeepers are on the front lines of the property and are expected to keep the property looking brilliant. We are looking for outgoing, team players that have exceptional time management and professionalism.

The Point at Phoenixville Riverworks offers a stylish, industrial vibe along with all the modern comforts of home. Located atop the landmark Riverworks site, our community is defined by warm light, natural wood and wrought iron design as well as high ceilings, towering windows and spacious floor plans. In fact, Philly Magazine recently ranked our apartments in the top five for largest amount of living space making them ideal for working from home, spending time with friends or simply relaxing at the end of the day. The property is within walking distance to the vibrant shops and restaurants of downtown Phoenixville and just a short drive away from Route 422, connecting residents to what matters most.

A Typical Day May Include the Following:

• Maintaining all buildings, common areas, and grounds in a safe and clean manner
• Checks and replaces exterior lighting on a regular basis
• Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings
• Removing trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis
• Transferring trash to compactors, unhook and roll containers for trash to be picked up, after pick up return containers to the original trash room and hook containers to compactor as necessary
• Assisting in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready
• Assisting Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner
• Delivering notices/letters to apartments
• Assisting in the cleaning of available apartments and or models
• Assisting maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable)

If You Have the Following, We Want to Hear from You!

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to climb ladders to a height in excess of 5 feet
• Ability to lift and carry weight up to 45 lbs. without assistance

• Successful completion of background and drug screening required prior to beginning employment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
