Job description
A client of Insight Global is building out their onsite helpdesk / desktop support team. Team members will be working emails, answering phone calls, Fresh Service for tickets. They will be doing remote and in-person, hands-on support. Tasks include managing inventory, shipping out equipment. The responsibilities are full-service helpdesk/desktop support - user access, password resets, application support. Need a great attitude and customer services skills - will train you on technical skills. Looking for future employees who want to grow with the company long term.
This role is a 6 Month, contract-to-hire opportunity. It is a HYBRID role.
Must Haves:
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Customer service is big focus
- Windows
- Office 365
- Helpdesk, tech support, desktop, network – at least 1 year in this type of role – great opportunity for growth!
