The Hospitality Specialist serves an essential role in the fellowship and programming of Naples United Church of Christ, providing event support for routine activities and special events. This part-time position supports the operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Essential Hospitality Specialist tasks include, but are not limited to, providing food and beverages service for Sunday fellowships, events, programs, and meetings;
• Acquire and maintain food and beverage stock, which requires off-campus grocery shopping, as well as monitoring the quantity and quality of supplies;
• Related tasks include setting-up and taking-down tables and table décor for a variety of campus activities that require some level of food and beverage services, such as, but not limited to, unlocking and locking doors for events, turning on and off lights, adjusting thermostats, setting-up and taking-down tables, chairs and decor, and laundering linens;
• Basic light maintenance duties in the kitchen, including, but not limited to, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces (floors, counters, etc.), fixtures, furniture, equipment, dishware, flatware and tableware;
• Additional related responsibilities include reporting any observed safety hazards or concerns to the Executive Director, cleaning and organizing storge and work areas, maintaining a safe work environment, a completing errands off campus to obtain supplies and equipment; and
• Other food and beverage service duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
