This is a first step into HR and an entry level role. This is a learning opportunity for anyone who is interested in Human Resources and building a career as an HR Professional.

Essential Functions

  • Regular Tasks

  • Updating Zoho Projects daily with client agenda and email tasks.

  • Ensure all client emails are responded to daily, all calls are responded to, keeps HR team on track and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. A high level of organization is a must!

  • Receive client and employee calls, collect call purpose and forward to the HR Generalist.

  • Manage multiple internal, shared inboxes, sending high level concerns to appropriate team members.

  • Updating client support documents, including client agendas, as needed.

  • Supports overall Human Resources function, supports HR Coordinator and HR Generalist as needed (research and documentation, proofreading, data entry, etc.)

  • Research HR related topics as requested

  • Provide feedback on internal company documentsClean/Format HR Training Slide Decks from Template or HR Generalist script

  • Other tasks as assigned by HR Generalist, HR Coordinator and Owner

  • Create Internal SOPs

  • Receive regular HR compliance updates and relevant HR related news, including collecting client updates and social media content.

  • Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Tasks

  • Download state law changes and update tracker for HR Generalist review. Download from Mineral HR

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibility.

Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds and to bend and stand as necessary.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, with several hours of work each day . The hours of this position are expected to grow as the position expands. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand .


Travel

This position does not require travel.

Required Education and Experience

  • Interest in growing in HR Field

  • Associates degree completed or in progress

  • Experience with Power point, Outlook, Office 365 tools

  • High level of organizational skills


Preferred Education & Experience

  • More than 6 months HR Experience

  • Zoho Experience

  • Associates degree completed or in progress

  • Experience with Power point, Outlook, Office 365 tools

  • Experience coordinating with C-suite

  • High level of comfortability with public speaking/interacting with clientele on Zoom/calls/texts

Employee must be authorized to work in the United States and must possess a valid driver’s license.
