We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team! The HR Coordinator assists the Senior Recruiter with all facets of the HR Department, primarily focusing on overall recruitment support and employee onboarding. The work closely with recruitment to support scheduling and facilitating phone screens or interviews, running background and reference checks then moving candidates through the onboarding process and management of the applicant tracking system. They are the primary contact for temporary staffing agencies. In addition, also coordinate new Hire Orientation, Rookie Orientation, external student rotations. Plus, other duties as assigned.
Associates degree in related field plus 2 years of experience or relevant combination of education and experience.
