Delivers service in a professional and efficient manner, providing prompt assistance while managing expectations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Provides real-time, accurate and comprehensive responses to telephone and written inquiries regarding general HR-related issues, policies, procedures and processes. Escalates complex issues, where applicable. Processes employee related transactions accurately based on research, employee-specific information and process guidelines. Maintains appropriate documentation and records for HR-related cases in HR Help Desk. Bachelors Degree Preferred. Bachelors or Associates Degree requires 1 or more years of Human Resources and/or customer support experience. No degree requires 3 or more years of Human Resources experience and/or customer support. Basic knowledge of HR Solutions.
