Job description
A high-end country club located in West LA is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to start immediately. Job duties will be to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department. This will include electronic filing of employee records, printing the HR handbook and other materials, simple computer projects, and data entry into the HRIS system. Additional duties may include answering the phones, filing, scanning, data entry, updating employee records, and special administrative projects. This is a temporary position that is scheduled to last until mid- July. The country club offers a very pleasant work environment and daily free lunch! This is an in-office position working in the HR Department at the country club. Hours are 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday. Robert Half is looking for a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong computer skills. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to gain experience in HR! Pay is $19/hr-$21/hr.- At least 1 year of administrative experience. Any HR experience is a plus!
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
