A Day in the Life:
. Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters .
. Reviews project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary.
. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
. Coordinates project activities regarding government regulatory or other governmental agencies such as required project permitting.
. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.
. Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews
. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
. Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction, and maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion

What you will Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
