Job description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- HVAC certification a must
- General maintenance and repairs, including basic plumbing & electrical knowledge, for apartments and buildings
- Exterior maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service
- Communities are throughout Columbus & in Delaware
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have own tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- EPA Type II (Preferred)
Work Location: On the road
