We are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable Entry-Level Appliance Installer.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing and have a strong mechanical aptitude. Trade school or similar experience is a plus! This position will report to our Operations Center in Stoughton, MA which is located conveniently off Route 24 near restaurants and shops. Our newly renovated office space includes a modern and updated break/lunch room and top-notch training program. *Please note that we will be moving to Norton, MA at the end of 2022.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Installation of appliances in consumer’s homes as authorized by manufacturers or at Yale’s discretion
• Maintain ongoing training, documentation, and maintenance of approvals for install department
• Maintenance and upkeep of Yale supplied materials and equipment as needed in the performance of your duties

Qualifications and Skills

• Basic electricity and plumbing knowledge
• Customer service skills including listening and reasoning skills
• Five-day work week which may include some weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Valid Driver’s license with clean driving history
• Ability to be CORI certified (background screening)
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and random drug screenings
• Physical ability to handle repetitive lifting and maneuvering of appliances and working with tools.
• Basic mechanical ability

Schedule:
Monday-Friday with some Saturdays 6:30am-3:30pm
