Seed Room Inventory Specialist
Green Garden Products, a subsidiary of Central Garden & Pet, the number one supplier of top-quality flower seeds and non-GMO vegetable seeds for the gardening industry, is now seeking an Inventory Specialist for the Norton, MA facility. This is a non-exempt, full-time position. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound shipments, check for accuracy and inspect for quality defects; put away
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts
• Pick inventory samples for testing
• Ensure inventory is well organized
• Follow all safety standards and protocols
• Other duties as needed to support the business

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization
• Ability to lift 50-pound objects frequently and safely
• Ability to operate a forklift- stand up and high reach
• Proven strong math skills
