A Shift leader helps oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Shift leader plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Shift leaders must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As a Shift leader, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive, and follow all guidelines and initiatives outlined in the description.

Core Responsibilities of a Shift Leader:

• Supporting the management team in the execution of a best-in-class restaurant operation
• Leading a crew of 5-8 people
• Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service
• Developing others for career growth
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant
• Being a team player
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Work 25-40 hours per week
• Have the ability to get to and from work
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
• Perform all tasks related to opening/closing of store
