Position Summary

As a Junior Content Creator, your job is to make yourself an indispensable member of the agency from a visual communications standpoint. You’ll work in the creative department and help create, craft, and make creative work a reality. You’re a team player who understands that it’s all the small things that make or break the execution, so you make every detail and every pixel matter. You’re eager and willing to learn from more senior creatives, editors and makers on how to improve your animation, design, editing, videography, photography and motion skills. In short, you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work bringing to life great ads.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the production arm of the creative department to bring to life creative concepts across a number of brands and clients.
  • Create compelling animations, photoshop comps, video edits, or even physical prototypes.
  • Collaborate regularly with the creative teams, producers, project managers on a number of different projects.
  • Actively seek out inspiration, cultural trends, and industry news to keep your executions fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • Portfolio of provocative and thoughtful work (can be spec) that demonstrates your conceptual abilities, animation, and motion skills.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, and Illustrator. Experience in other software like Da Vinci, Adobe Bridge, and Adobe Lightroom are a plus. Basic camera operation (both video and photo) as well as how to operate strobes and light on set are also a plus.
  • A coachable attitude and eagerness to improve your craft.
  • Familiarity with working in a fast-paced agency environment is preferred.
