Cash and carry/ Junior Sales position essentially handle all customer service needs as customers start to arrive or leave the nursery. Our C&C employees enjoy the fast pace, and constant communication with Management, Sales Professionals, and Customers. As a customer walks up to the nursery you are the first point of contact smiling and ready to answer any questions. As the customer details are gathered the C&C employee will introduce the customer to a Sales Professional. Aside from this the General Manager will have the employee answer phones, help with inventory, and Cash register operations. As customers leave the nursery it is key to be the last person involved and help the customer load up their vehicles while answering last minute questions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Helping customers and answering phones
• Taking customers around nursery
• Lifting and moving of trees and plants
• Tree care, maintenance and pruning.
• Loading and unloading trees and plants onto trucks.
• Lifting is required on a daily basis.
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate skills if selected for interview.

• 1 year Customer Service Experience
• 1 year Cashier experience

Physical requirements/Working conditions Primarily working in a basic office environment: ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, use stairs, reach, pull and lift objects up to 15 lbs.
