Kitchen Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Hire and train kitchen employees
- Oversee and schedule kitchen employees
- Help oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage food inventory, placing food and beverage orders as needed
- Work with staff to reduce food waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Kitchen Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant kitchen is required
- Prior restaurant management roles required
- Bilingual communication skills beneficial (English/Spanish)
- Organizational and time management skills
- Serve Safe or equivilant certification required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
