Job description
Consultant shall have a minimum of 10-years working in Information technology with the following specific experiences:
1. At least seven (7) years of experience in data modeling, database design, and warehouse architecture.
2 At least seven (7) years experience working with program and technical staff to collaboratively define data needs and technical constraints related to warehouse architecture design.
3 At least seven (7) years of experience contributing to the development of technical documentation such as System Architecture Diagrams, Security Architecture Diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams using tools like Microsoft Visio.
4 At least seven (7) years experience developing Transition Plans for Big Data Warehouses to Cloud environments.
5 At least seven (7) years of experience maintaining or developing in a cloud database environments.
6 At least seven (7) years of experience in data management and data security.
7 At least seven (7) years of experience developing ETL/ELT (Extract Transform Load / Extract Load Transform).
8 At least seven (7) years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and developing in T-SQL.
9 *Master’s Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, math or a technology-related field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Highly preferred to have public sector project experiences in federal, state, city, or county level.
