Looking for a line cook with a great attitude! Must have experience in sauté, grill, and banquet prep. This is a great opportunity for the right person to work alongside the Executive Chef. Nights, weekends and holiday availability. It is the primary responsibility of a line cook to prepare menu items, stock and prep kitchen items, and maintain a clean, safe, sanitary and professional work environment. Main responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies§ Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, cutting meat or preparing sauces) Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff§ Answer, report and follow Executive Chef’s and manager's instructions High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cooking experience required: 2 year
