About Us: Located downtown Bolivar MO - We are a bistro and public house designed to be unique to the area. With a focus on our backyard, the whole restaurant is ingredient-driven. Our goal is to serve a seasonal menu that changes some every week and revolves around the changing seasons.

Expectations:

• Work-weeks are 5 days per week. Days off may be split depending on circumstances or preference. Workdays are 6-8 hours per day minimum.
• Weekend availability a must.
• Ability to operate in a verbal “fire” kitchen.
• Keep tickets times within standard parameters.
• Demonstrate skill at plating, visual presentation, and composition.
• Cook and prepare all menu items following standardized recipes.
• Help create and execute daily specials.
• Industry Trend Awareness.
• Understand all safety standards and be able to effectively and concisely respond when procedures are compromised.
• Follow health code compliance and sanitation standards.
• Make sure that the kitchen is properly cleaned on a regular schedule.

• Continuously display a positive and supportive outlook toward the job, peers, and staff.
• Provide leadership in moments of problem-solving and not be afraid to “make the call”.
• Always operate professionally.
