We are excited for you to apply to our Loan Processor position in Charlotte, MI. This position is an integral part of our team that provides assistance to our mortgage loan processing and loan documentation process. Our Loan Processors are working closely with our customers and association staff to ensure that the customers’ needs are met. It is imperative that this incumbent has excellent customer service and a desire to work in a team environment. This position is 8am-4:30pm, Monday – Friday and will report to the office daily and covers the Hasting branch on Tuesday and Thursday.

Position Requirements...

• High School diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred.
• Banking, mortgage, or loan processing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to utilize computer technology and multiple software applications.
• Knowledge of financial principles and practices, credit processing and servicing activities is desired.
• Knowledge of varied loan policies, procedures, and practices is desired.
• Experience in cash handling, receipting and disbursing funds, and cash balancing is desired.
