Position Overview:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the logistical planning of waste container and project services which includes communications with our internal and 3rd party transport vendors, equipment repair & maintenance, inventory control of consumables and the sourcing transport related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- This is an interactive role working with clients, transportation company and Secure Energy facilities
- Receiving client requests for container service and/or supplies
- Creating work orders in database relaying documents/information to drivers
- Ensuring all supplies are maintained which includes managing logistics of new equipment orders
- Maintaining driver profiles
- Assist with pre-qualifications and audits for 3rd party subcontractors
- Assist with facility administrative duties
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
- Oil & Gas Service experience
- Waste Management experience
- Customer Service - excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Logistics based database experience
