Our Nursing Team at Judson Meadows Assisted Living residential community serves our senior residents 24/7. We are always seeking LPNs who can compassionately care for our residents and promote a positive environment for our staff. Full-time, part-time or per diem: If you're good, we want to meet you!

Please let us know your PREFERRED Shift (7AM – 3PM, 3PM – 11PM, 11PM – 7AM), weekdays or weekends, and if you would prefer regular (7.5 hrs.), shorter (5 hrs.) or longer (12 hrs.) shifts, or double shifts, if available. We will work it out to meet our, and your, needs.

LPN Duties Include:**

• Management of nursing office including: Processing physicians' orders, ability to evaluate and manage medical emergencies, routine care and chronic conditions; assuring medication availability.
• Quality assurance and auditing tasks.
• Coaching and supervision of HHA staff (shifts of 3 HHAs).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment both independently and as team player.
• Professional work ethics, pleasant personality with the ability to provide superior customer service.

Requirements:

• Current NY State LPN License.
• One year of experience as LPN in Assisted Living - Elder Care experience a plus.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Caring and compassionate nature.
