SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
- Conduct intake assessments and patient evaluations
- Communicate with patients, families, colleagues and other members of the care teams to ensure proper treatment
- Assist in maintaining safe and secure environment for staff and patients
- Administer and evaluate reactions to medications, arrange further medical care as needed
- Assist with medication administration
- Conduct visits on ill patients
- Complete digital documentation
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Must have current CT LPN license
- Current CPR
- Must provide current Physical and TB
- Ability to complete and pass fingerprint background check
