However, most of our patients are located in the Colton, Rialto, and San Bernardino area. We are seeking competent and dependable licensed LVNs for patient care, In-home. We are seeking dependable Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our team. The position is ideal for someone who can administer medication and provide basic care to patients. The LVN will be responsible for the patient, in-home.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments and record results.
• Administer treatment prescribed by physician.
• Secure medical equipment to patient's body.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment for patients and co-workers.
• Monitor for safety.
• Educate patients on effects of treatments and medications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
