Our client is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join their facility in Scarborough, ON.

Work Hours: 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday

Job Description:

• Observe and acknowledge the operations and procedures at the level of being able to reproduce them
• Help to set-up lines, ensuring all necessary components are in place.
• Clean-up of all spills, ensuring all production lines are clean.
• Record and log information.
• Ensure security of facility and grounds.
• Perform light cleaning, painting and repairs.
• Cleaning of line machine, production parts
• Perform all work according to GMP, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous mechanical background
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Must have safety shoes – must bring own!
