Maintenance Helper
Summary Purpose for the Position:
Clean and maintains assigned properties, insuring safe, clean and sanitary housing and office environments for those properties.
Requirements (Education, Experience, Certification, Knowledge, Skill):
Position requires a minimum experience in all janitorial and grounds keeping operations.
Ability to take direction and use information in carrying assigned tasks.
Position Responsibilities:

This includes but is not limited to maintaining equipment, and carrying out daily assignments.
Position requires communication to supervisor.
Follows appropriate steps/methods/procedures on how work is to be performed under close supervision.

At the individual service level, advocates for resident plant needs in relation to quality living.
Determines which steps/methods/procedures among several prescribed options for fulfilling an identified objective.
