A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE TECH

As a Maintenance Tech, you support the Operations Manager in performing handyman duties that preserve the value of the property and guarantee a safe, well-maintained facility for our customers, tenants, and employees. This may include providing minor landscaping and paver repairs, painting, snow removal, and performing minor plumbing, roof, parking lot, and lighting repairs in a commercial setting.

Following the guidelines established by the Operations Manager, you maintain all equipment. You perform preventative maintenance on equipment and vehicles to keep everything in good working order. You also assist the grounds staff as needed. In accordance with local, federal, state, and company standards, you promote safety and risk management. You have a working knowledge of all outlet center emergency procedures. Each shift brings something different. You love that you are never bored! And, most of all, you feel great about the important part you play in our success as a company!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECH

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• General knowledge and capability with hand tools, fork/scissor/boom lifts, plumbing, painting, and electrical.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
