Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including 480V electrical systems, 3-phase motors, and AC/DC systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, using technical manuals and schematics as needed.
- Repair or replace faulty equipment parts, such as motors, bearings, and belts.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed and parts used.
- Work with other maintenance technicians and production staff to ensure equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of 480V electrical systems, 3-phase motors, and AC/DC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Experience with maintenance tools and equipment, including hand and power tools, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
