We are a locally owned dental office, we are located in the Aspen Hill area of Silver Spring. We are proud to sever the community in providing exceptional care to our patients. Our current Office Manager is transitioning into a different role within our group and hence why the opening.

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Managing the doctors schedule and overall office production for efficiency and profitability

2. Overseeing all departments

3. Conducting morning and weekly staff meetings as well as financial planning

4. Sending out insurance claims accurately and supervising the insurance coordinator

5. Managing staff and addressing all staff issues effectively

6. Generating office statistics and analyzing to guide corporate strategic planning and evaluate staff performance

7. Ensuring patient satisfaction

8. Presenting Treatment plans

Any candidate must be caring, punctual, responsible, dedicated, ethical and detail-oriented. This position comes with a two year Office Manager sales and business operating training program that will require time away from home as well as periodic sales seminars that you will be required to attend

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
