Job Title: Manager, Administration
Responsible for managing the administration of time and attendance (e.g. timecard approval, corrections and exceptions) for hourly and salaried employees.
Accountable for timely and accurate processing of all time and attendance transactions.
Responsible for report preparation and analysis for performance, budget analysis and budgetary presentations, and project coordination as required by the leadership team. Identifies key trends and escalates appropriately.
Ensures team responds to employee inquiries regarding payroll information in a timely manner and resolves employee concerns.
Create and manage the seniority-based, schedule bidding system.
Actively participates in recognition and DEI initiatives within the Business Office and station.
Demonstrates the highest level of confidentiality and ensures this is maintained among team surrounding all information in the Business Office and as it pertains to assisting with various employee information.
Responsible for ensuring an efficient process with managing the station, badging/custom seal process, and tracking for new hires and existing agents.
Manages a team of 6-10 employees, setting expectations in order to provide excellent customer service to all employees.
Demonstrates the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers and to all stakeholders.
Demonstrates impeccable time management skills and fulfills deadlines.
Responsible for station ordering, supply chain management, par levels, and all station consumables.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience required
Minimum 4-6 years of experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
ADP Time & Attendance system experience preferred
Demonstrates a willingness to work together with all stakeholders to provide efficient service to colleagues and employees
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to interact in a respectful manner with team and all stakeholders
Experience working with Union represented work groups
Strong ability to balance the requirements of multiple tasks simultaneously
Takes initiative in identifying creative ways to approach existing processes
Experience in a fast-paced complex operational organization with a large employee group preferred
