100 King Street West Toronto Ontario,M5X 1A1BMO Place with its open access concept and shared spaces and amenities will be a new experience for employees and leaders moving into the building.
This role acts as the main integrator of the workplace experience at BMO Place and will be accountable for working with line of business tenants and building support teams. The role will hold a supervisory function for building support staff (Workplace Associates, Reception, etc.).
They will focus on the unique aspects of the building and help ensure the adoption of BMO’s New Ways of Working (NWOW) principles by encouraging teams to use the space differently. This role will also collaborate in the design of the Phase 2 operating model, with increased accountabilities upon floors 6 & 7 opening in 2024.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Acts as point of contact for tenants and business leader support teams as well as employee and executive visitors to building
Collaborates across tenant businesses to optimize experience of the building. Understands how to prioritize usage of spaces by needs and seniority when conflicts arise
Assist with catering and hospitality needs for team events and meetings, point of contact for Executive EAs
Optimize usage of Wellness Centre: Liaise with Wellness Advisors in HR, Tenant Wellness Ambassadors and ERGs to book space/events
Liaise with technology team/Brilliance Bar to hold lunch and learns on NWOW related technology
Host monthly building social/user committee meeting to aid in planning cross-functional social events and optimize usage of common spaces
Communication
BMO Place related communications designed to positively influence or change behaviour; develops tailored messaging specific for building needs.
Understands impact of any events or meetings on rest of building tenants and develops effective communication to employees to minimize impact to their day
Event & Hospitality Management
Accountable for oversight of UES usage
Hospitality lead for Phase 2 floors 6 & 7 spaces including Community Hub, Barista Bar, Terrace, Rondel Space event planning
Collaborate with events teams, FCP hospitality teams and tenant LOB employees/EAs to ensure seamless usage of space for customer and community, limiting negative impact of day-to-day employee experience
Communicate customer and community events to businesses to plan elevator usage during peak hours
Assist in security badging/building access for non-BMO visitors
Owner of any customized, building related content to be posted on Stingray Digital Screens
Qualifications:
Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
