Job description
Our client in New Braunfels, TX is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. We are looking for Production workers on 1st,2nd, 3rd shift.
What's in it for you?
- $16-$17/hr.

- Full time hours Shift/ 4 days work and 2 days off
What will you be doing?
- Operate production equipment and processes
- Follow established safety, production, and quality procedures
- Participate in the team's daily start-up communications meeting, assigns work, and establishes job rotation
- Maintain personal training documentation/status including any on-the-job training
- Follow defined Standard Work Instructions (SWI) and provide input for improvement
- Perform workstation audits and inspections and follow-up on abnormalities
- Ensure individual compliance for all established policies and procedures
10 hour shifts
4 days on 2 days off (rotating days off)
8am - 6:30 day shift $16
6pm - 10pm part time $16
9:30pm - 8am night shift $17.50
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- 0-2+ years of manufacturing or logistics experience required.
Preferred Qualifications: (Not required, will provide training):
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience operating machinery
- Experience troubleshooting production equipment
- Experience manufacturing electronic or semi-conductor products
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted. Must be able to stand for up to 10+ hours. Must be able to Push, Pull Reach, Twist, Turn, Stoop, Walk, Stand for up to10+ hours.
