Marketing and Outreach Coordinator for Home Health and Hospice
Job description
Summit Home Health and Hospice is seeking a skilled Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our referral base by establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources. The Marketing and Outreach Coordinator will work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction. Bonus pay is based on performance.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing and Outreach plan to achieve revenue goals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources.
· Implement a Customer Relations Manager for referral sources and past or potential patients to help track communications and drive referrals.
· Conduct ongoing market analysis and identifyopportunities for growth.
· Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the agency and build brand awareness.
· Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
· Create and deliver compelling conversations to referral sources to drive a stronger connection and/or referrals.
· Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
· Track Hospital Readmissions
· Provide regular updates on business development activities and results to senior leadership in the weekly meetings.
· Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
· Plan and execute Marketing Campaigns
· Execute and maintain the agency’s social media strategy.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
· 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, preferred, but not required.
· Proven track record of achieving revenue goals and expanding referral base.
· Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
