Goldberg Group Architects is a small firm with a big history. Founded in 1981 by Lawrence Goldberg, we specialize in Justice, Commercial, and Industrial architecture. We have offices in St. Joseph and Kansas City and projects underway throughout the Midwest. Goldberg Group Architects is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, dependable and courteous professional for a Marketing Coordinator. This person will wear many hats, with responsibilities such as: Develop, coordinate, and oversee company marketing efforts, prepare documents ranging from memos to proposals, attend conferences and client meetings, manage social media pages, update information on the company website, assist coworkers, make travel arrangements (hotels, car rentals, flights), run errands, answer phones, and greet visitors to the office. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.

The successful candidate will have the following skill set:

· Marketing background in the development of brochures, RFP/RFQ responses, email campaigns, and social media posts

· Social and communication skills to positively impact and manage staff and clients

· Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel

· Computer aptitude to learn new programs such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, BQE Core, and the company CRM

· Knowledge of general office equipment

· Website development/maintenance in Squarespace

· Research capability to develop background information on clients/projects

COMPENSATION:

$45,000 to $55,000 annual salary
