Job description
Marketing coordinator responsibilities include developing, tracking, and analyzing the performance of marketing/advertising campaigns, assisting with managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Duties include:
Website Management
· Update websites weekly for all companies
- Bin There Dump That
- The Box (Portable Storage)
- Fire Storm Moving & Storage
- Bin Talking Trash and Hauling
· Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (Key Words that customers are using to find products)
Google Ad Analytics
· We run Google Ads for Bin There Dump That and Firestorm (Ads are through Zero In Company)
- We need someone to take their monthly reports and see what is working and what isn’t
- Monthly meetings with CEO and COO on Ad spending and trends
Social Media & Digital Marketing
· Manage and Create all post that go out on: posting on a rotation
- TikTok
· Create Video ideas for our companies about our products to post on websites and social media sites.
Identify Target Audiences in Northwest Ohio
· In our businesses they are basically the same, because the businesses flow together.
- Real Estate Companies
- Nursing Homes & Assisted Living
- Contractors
- Restoration Companies
- Condo and Apartment Associations
- The list is endless who could use our services…but we need to reach out to everyone
Brand Awareness
· Has to be a number #1 goal of everyone that works for us, from the office staff to the staff in the field
- Lay out a plan with the leadership team to set expectations when it comes to everyone’s role in marketing.
- Establish material for our staff to hand out on job sites and new customers
· Home Shows
- Up and Down I-75 from Toledo to Lima
· BNI Groups
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
