Job Description
- Light HVAC systems, chillers, etc.
- General commercial maintenance such as carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, locks doors, fire extinguishers, patchwork, moving furniture, etc.
- Complete work orders in the system and enter time.
- Must be comfortable with exposure to lead. Lead testing will be performed on a routine basis and will be covered by the company.
REQUIRED
- Computer skills.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience.
