Main Purpose:
Choose and prepare stock for outgoing orders. Assist with the reception of incoming inventory.
Type of Employment: Full Time
Position Duties** (not limited to):**
- Prepare and pack orders for shipping
- Catalog and receive inventory
- Keep the facility organized and clean and ensure that safety equipment is up to standards
- Miscellaneous tasks assigned to team members
Skills Required:
- Ability to work well with the team and management
- Experience with forklifts (can be trained after hiring)
- Average communication skills in both written and verbal forms
- Ability to comprehend and carry out written and verbal instructions
- Ability to maintain a clean and tidy work area and personal appearance
Requirements:
- Must have a keen eye for detail, be focused, dependable, and trustworthy
- Must be organized, punctual, and disciplined
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug test
- Willingness to learn and enhance processes.
Physical Demands:
- Standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Stooping, bending, twisting, and leaning
- Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
Working Environment:
- Mostly indoors in a temperature-controlled area, but may be required to move outdoors for tasks.
- Required to wear suitable protective equipment (PPE) such as steel or composite toe boots.
