Job description
Summary:
As MDS Coordinator, your primary focus will be to assess and monitor resident's health and well-being through clinical assessments and care planning. The MDS Coordinator is also responsible for collecting and submitting resident data as required for Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement.
Requirements:
- Current Arkansas LPN license
- 1+ years of experience in skilled nursing facility with previous experience in completing MDSs and Care Plans as an MDS Coordinator
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and resident assessment skills
- Good communication, organizational, and computer skills
