Staff Finders is seeking a full-time industrial cab assembly assistant for our manufacturing client in Wixom. Full-time, temp to hire (4 month contract). Your job will be to install all components for turn-key completion of cabs.

Hours: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday; Must be flexible to come in at 5am or stay until 3:30pm if/when needed.

Pay Rate: $22.00 an hour; Paid weekly

Job Duties:

• Read assembly instructions and drawings, including electrical schematics with limited help
• Gather materials and tolls necessary to perform work in an organized manner
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-pross assemblies and finished products

Job Requirements:

• Has assembly/production experience and a strong mechanical apitude
• Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment that requires physical duties
• Motivated and detail oriented
• Proficient in basic math
• Work independently, maintain accurate records and high quality of work
• Experience working with electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience working with hand tools

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, bending, twisting, stooping, and kneeling, being on your feet most of shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
